Shipping policy

Made to order. Every item is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Where we ship. We ship within the United States and to most countries worldwide.

Shipping rates. Rates and available options (standard or express) are calculated at checkout based on your items and address.

Delivery times. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and destination. You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International orders. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake.

Lost, damaged or wrong items. Email s2@chocolateoptics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. See our Refund policy.
